The Essential Bar Book is a comprehensive bartending guide for professional and home bartenders that includes history, lore, and 115 recipes. The book presents essential bartending information, from the tools of the trade to the history and mythology behind classic cocktails, in an easy-to-navigate alphabetical guide.
Taking reference from art deco bar books and typography of the period, the final design resulted in the form of a foil-stamped cover and a two-color interior using a customized alphabet for section headers.
